Two years on lees and going through malo before bottling, now in the bottle two years. It was tank fermented with a few staves of French oak thrown in to give it a hint of character, but it's basically an unoaked wine. The lees aging has given it a reasonably rich texture and a slight butter finish. It's still fresh and younger tasting than 4 years due to the extended time on lees before bottling, and while it probably won't improve with age, it will handle a few months longer, which is more than my bank balance wants to do since I'm paying for storage, so out it goes.
If that doesn't tickle you, try the 2005 noble semillon normally $18 now $15 (no it isn't much of a discount, but when you do the maths, it's half what it actually cost to produce it...so don't do the maths, just try it)
